Don’t worry if you missed your delivery on the first attempt. There will be two more attempts by our delivery person to deliver your order, each attempt on a consecutive day.
If you can see your order has been placed on “My Orders,” Don’t worry; you will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS soon. Please check your spam folder as well.
Yes. You can cancel your order until we start processing your order. Your order will be in “Order confirmed” status while it is eligible for cancellation.
We initiate the refund immediately after the cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your source account might vary depending on the payment mode used.
You can pay using the following methods of payment:
1. Credit Card 2. Debit Card 3. Net Banking 5. Cash on Delivery (Note: All payment methods depend on your pin code, so please ensure that you check your pin code to find out the available methods of payment over there)
You should not be asked to pay anything extra for the order. Only what is mentioned on the invoice can be paid. Please let us know if you’ve been bothered otherwise.
You can easily make payments with INR, US dollars, euros, or pounds.
Our person will hand the package to you only once the payment has been done. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
If the amount is deducted from your account, don’t worry; it will be refunded to the same account within 3-5 business days. Meanwhile, please wait a while and try again, preferably using a different payment method.

Refunds and Returns
Super easy! Please login with your credentials and visit the My Account section. Select the order you want to return and click on Return/Exchange and follow the instructions on this page to obtain a Return ID. You can also visit the Delivery and Return Page at the end of the page.
Please don’t do this! We have a very flexible policy where you can create a Return on the app or website or by giving us a call. To avoid confusion or delays, our courier partners are instructed not to accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.
Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines, post-initiation:
1. Wallet refund will get credited within a few minutes.
2. NEFT refund will take 3 to 5 working days.
3. The payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days, excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Once the product has been picked up, you will be notified of the promised refund date. Before this date, a refund should be initiated. Once initiated, it should reflect in your account based on your mode of payment.
Once the return ID is generated, we will share a promised pickup date. By that date, your return order will be picked up. As soon as the return ID is generated, we will notify you of the estimated refund date.
Account and Shopping
That’s quite simple! You can either reset the password or log in with an OTP. Try resetting the password if you are using the registered e-mail address. Click on the “Forgot your password?” option, enter your registered e-mail address, and click “Send OTP.” The OTP will be sent via SMS and e-mail. Enter the OTP and create a new password. Voila! The password has been reset. If the above steps don’t work, you may need to clear the browsing cache in Google Chrome.

No, we strive to deliver to all the pin codes in India. When shopping, please check if our logistics partner covers your pin code. If not, we would request that you provide an alternate shipping address.

We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. If you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the next available recipient, which may be confirmed on a call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation purposes, the receiver’s signature will be taken at the delivery time.
